My name is Sagi and I have been raw vegan and following the 80 10 10 diet since April 2019.
I am traveling around the world while working on my online businesses and keeping this healthy lifestyle.
I opened the Raw Traveler Blog to share with you the knowledge that I accumulated during my travels and from my transition to the raw food diet. Yes, it is possible to travel and still follow the diet and stay healthy!
How did I come across this diet?
For years I suffered from various health issues: allergies, migraines, chronic fatigue and the most from digestion problems.
Conventional medicine failed to help me, so I tried different kinds of alternative medicine and different kinds of diets for over 20 years of my life.
I had some improvements over the years, but still did not heal and felt good as I wanted to.
Everything changed when I came across the natural hygiene method and the raw vegan diet in Koh Phangan, Thailand.
Ever since, I cured myself completely from all symptoms and today, I feel better than ever before: healthy, energetic, clear minded and happy.
